EU sales stops indefinitely on December 12th 2024
The European Union General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) comes into effect on Friday December 13th 2024, putting very strict demands on product safety documentations for manufacturers.
For Reuss, GPSR is merely a matter of documentations and registrations. The pedals are good and safe as the they are. It just means a huge pile of paperwork that I simply do not have the time for at the moment.
This means, I will have to stop selling my pedals in the Europen Union, until I have found the time it takes to meet the demands for GPSR compliance. This can take a while, as it is a huge job.
The webshop will operate as normal for customers outside the European Union.
